Yes — the retainer covers hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, security patches and ongoing AI prompt improvements. It's what keeps the site fast, secure and current.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, with 30 days notice. We'll export your content and hand over a clean copy.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes — 14 days. If you're not happy with the build, we'll refund the setup fee.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer (TWINT, SEPA), credit card via Stripe, or invoice with 14-day terms for established companies.

We exist because traditional agency timelines (8–16 weeks for a basic website) no longer match how modern SMEs need to operate. Our single-day delivery model is the result of three years of internal AI tooling development, a tightly orchestrated production process, and a deep bench of reusable design systems. We use a combination of custom AI technology, an efficient process and 30+ years of combined experience. The build day itself is the final step of a structured process — by the time we start, design direction and assets are already locked, so the team can focus purely on execution.

How does the process work?

First we have a free 20-minute exploration call, where we explain the system and process in detail, set the design direction and schedule your build. After we have a signed contract and a set date, we make sure to get all visual assets and login details so we are prepared to start on the agreed date. On your build date we have a check-in in the morning, a review after lunch, and a handover in the afternoon.

How can you build so fast?

The combination of focus, experience and AI tools allows us to enhance every step of the website delivery process.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes — we provide a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on every build.

Which AI tools do you use?

We use a selection of high-quality LLMs that we have trained ourselves for improved output quality.

What types of websites are not a good fit?

Sites that require daily content updates, e-commerce stores and large enterprise websites needing full CMS capabilities are not suited to our system. For those, we offer Wix Studio and HubSpot CMS builds instead.
